Marshall is the Producing Artistic Director of the Tony-Award® winning Crossroads Theatre Company as well as an Associate Professor at the prestigious Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Marshall has almost twenty-five years of experience in a wide variety of key executive positions at some of New York city’s most reputable institutions including the world famous Apollo Theater (General Manager), the world’s most famous arena – Madison Square Garden (Associate Producer), the historic landmark Radio City Music Hall (Producer), and Disney On Broadway’s The Lion King.  

Marshall earned a BA in Theater Arts from Rutgers University and an MA in Arts Management from New York University.  He is also a member of the New Brunswick Arts Council, in addition to proudly serving on the Board of Directors of several professional organizations including the Alliance For Inclusion in the Arts (formerly the Non-Traditional Casting Project); the American Conference on Diversity and Blackberry Productions.  Most recently Marshall was appointed by the Governor as a Commissioner of the NJ Public Broadcasting Authority.
