Jessica Solomon lives for working collaboratively with fellow cultural creatives and is on a journey to deepen the connection between art and social change. She brings her multiple identities as an organization development practitioner and community artist to her work in the world. As a community artist she founded The Saartjie Project, an ensemble theatre company exploring race, gender and power. She is invested in the ways art functions within the public arena, specifically in the realms of: community development, education, and cultural citizenship. Through Spark Creativity Jessica partners with individuals and groups to increase their effectiveness and impact
